MULTIMATIC AIR STAR® Hydrocarbon Dry Cleaning Machine

This stainless steel structure machine cleans very well, yet has a simple design. It uses a clay based filtering system, so there is no still. There is also no need for a chiller. The cleaning cycle time is much shorter (compared to other hydrocarbon machines), it uses very little soap, does not need water and the use of steam is optional. What this means to the owner is a much lower operating cost and the daily maintenance requirements are low.

The most common complaints that you hear about hydrocarbon cleaning machines are that: "the machines cost too much", "they don’t clean well", "they take too long to dry" and that "solvent bacteria growth can be hard to control". With the Air Star, the price is reasonable, it cleans great, it dries quickly and bacteria growth is kept under control with simple daily maintenance. CLEAVER-BROOKS CLEARFIRE® Boilers

After 80 years of producing the world’s finest industrial size boilers, Cleaver-Brooks has now entered the Laundry and Dry Cleaning market with a new line of vertical and horizontal high pressure steam boilers, ranging in size from 10HP to 60HP. At 85% efficient, the Clearfire boiler has been specifically designed to be the highest efficiency high pressure steam boiler in the world. The Clearfire boiler comes standard with features like:

FEORI® Wet Cleaning Machine

The Feori wet cleaning process is so environmentally friendly and safe, that MDEQ (Michigan Department of Environmental Quality) does not require a permit for installation and operation of this machine. The Feori patented process utilizes "icy" water technology (chilled to 3° C) and a 100% biodegradable detergent, which is extremely friendly to ALL garments, as well as the environment. Recent improvements in design and operation of this machine have virtually eliminated the issues of shrinkage, which are prevalent with some of the other wet cleanings processes. The Feori Wet Cleaning Machine, with its gentle agitation and integral drying system, allows you to clean the finest wools, silks and synthetics, without fear of damage. Clothing that is cleaned with a Feori maintains color brightness, and has no odor or stiffness, which is often associated with Perc and other cleaning solvents.

E & N Equipment Co. has built 7 Feori wet cleaning plants in Michigan, and we are proud to say that all of them are doing well, even in this very difficult economy. The SANKOSHA® PS-290 Auto Bagger

This unique piece of equipment utilizes a continuous roll of poly film. With its photo eye sensor, it measures the length of the garment, distributes the appropriate amount of poly film and then heat seals and cuts the individual poly bag from the roll. After bagging, items are discharged from the PS-290 onto a slick rail and are ready to be placed on your storage conveyor.

The Sankosha PS-290 Auto Bagger is unmatched in design, operation and quality. This machine, coupled with Sankosha’s proprietary designed screw conveyor system, allows for garments to be moved from the pressing area and through the bagging station, without the need to be handled by your employees.
